Roland Gebhardt, is one of the best , and in playing as well as in the field of education, one of the most active jazzguitarists in Germany. After being honored with the "Berklee Award" in 1996, he increased his repu- tation with numouros live acts on stage, getting splendid re- wies. In this production, we can hear him with brillant soli and comping on several instru- ments like: Parker-, Fender-, Ovation-, Flamenco- and Sitar- guitar. Diego Imbert, is a Franco- Columbian and the current bass player of the famous jazzguitarist Birelli Lagrene. He is a member of the Roland Gebhardt Band as well as a hi- ghly recommended musician for several renowned jazzprojects in France. With ease and melo- dic brilliance, his playing forms the main idea through the very modern harmonies of the songs.		Diego Imbert, ist Franco-Colum- bianer und derzeitiger Bassist des weltbekannten Jazzgitar- risten Birelli Lagrene. Zudem ist er Mitglied der Roland Geb- hardt Band und auch bei ande- ren renommierten Jazzprojekten ein gefragter Musiker. Mit Leich- tigkeit und melodischer Brillianz bildet sein Spiel den roten Faden durch die sehr modernen Harmo- niefolgen der Songs.
Jochen Krämer, one of the most virtuos german drumers and member of one of the re- nownedst bands "Zabriskie Point" has outdone himself - not only during the recording of the songs, but also in pha- ses of working them out, con- tributing valuable musical ideas and assisting profound- ly in the mixdown - as a sub- stantial support. With his spon- taneity and great joy of playing music, he created - in teamwork with Diego Imbert - the pulsing, rhythmic base. As percussion- special you can hear an udu on the titlesong.		Jochen Krämer, einer der vir- tuosesten deutschen Jazzschlag- zeuger und Mitglied der renom- mierten Band "Zabriskie Point" hat sich nicht nur beim Einspie- len der Songs, sondern auch mit wertvollen musikalischen Ideen und beim Endmix als eine we- sentliche Stütze erwiesen. Mit Spontaneität und Spielfreude schuf er zusammen mit Diego Imbert die pulsierende, rhyth- mische Basis. Als Spezialper- cussioninstrument hört man auf dem Titelsong eine Udu.
Thomas Schmidt - a musical multitalent - shows in this pro- duction the whole spectrum of his ability. As allrounder, with a profound background in musi- cology, he not only contributes the very lyric solo on the flamen- coguitar (Maldonado) at the end of the titelsong "Love at first sight", but several beauti- ful soli on the piano and on keyboards too. As an adviser regarding questions of sound and mix, as well as in the tech- nique of notation, he was indis- pensable.		Thomas Schmidt - ein musi- kalisches Multitalent - zieht auf dieser Produktion sämtliche Register seines Könnens. Als Allrounder, mit musikwissen- schaftlichem Background, steu- ert er nicht nur das sehr lyrische Flamencogitarrensolo (Maldo- nado) auf dem Titelsong "Love at first sight", sondern auch meh- rere Piano und Keyboardsoli bei. Auch als Berater in Sound- und Mixfragen sowie in Tonsatztech- nik war er unentbehrlich.
Sergio Parra from Valparaiso (Chile) gives - with his three favorite instruments flute, tenor- and sopransaxophone - the first bigger sample of his musical talent. Studying in South Ame- rica and Paris, Charlie Parker and John Coltrane became his models. With his highly lyric and melodic soli, he contributes a precious and unmistakable "Latinflavour" to the composi- tions.		Sergio Parra aus Valparaiso (Chile) gibt mit seinen drei Lieblinsginstrumenten Querflöte, Tenor- und Sopransaxophon hier die erste größere Kostprobe seines musikalischen Talentes ab. Wäh- rend seiner Studienzeiten in Paris wurden ihm vor allem Charlie Par- ker und John Coltrane zu Vorbil- dern. Seine lyrisch-melodischen Soli geben den Aufnahmen einen wertvollen, unverkennbaren "Latin- Beitrag".
